In most cases, YES. As part of the onboarding process, we will review you're current hardware and software. We will let you know what we can and cannot support as part of the onboarding review. If you have any questions, feel free to send us an email.

How is the cost calculated?

We work hard to bring your business a low, fixed, and predictable bill. Our base pricing is an estimate of work involved to keep your infrastructure running, secure, and up to date. Based on the number of devices and users on your network, we group your business into tiers that allow your business to grow (within a reasonable margin) without changing your price. For future infrastructure improvements, we work with you to map what is needed, when it's needed, and how much it will cost. You have final approval over all improvements and therefore control our work and price.

What is the billing period?

Our IT Management service is billed in a 90-day (3 month) cycle.
